Friends of CYT

With membership fees, Actors Wardrobe hiring’s, ticket sales and social fundraising accounting for 70% of our costs we are a hugely successful organisation. But CYT, along with many arts organisations, has seen huge reduction in its public funding and we have come to rely enormously on the generous support of individuals to continue our work – inspiring young people through diverse and challenging artistic ways.

By becoming a Friend of CYT, you can enjoy exclusive discounts and benefits alongside the knowledge that you are contributing to the security of our future.

What is a CYT Friend and how much does it cost?

A CYT Friend is someone who gives a monthly donation to us. It only costs £10 a month to become a CYT Friend and your donations will go towards offering reduced membership rates for families in receipt of benefit.

As a thank you for your kind donation you will recieve:

• 10% off tickets to our shows.
• Your name printed on our List of Supporters in our annual brochure
• Regular monthly updates on our work

From 14th October 2016 we will be launching our CYT Friends 100 Scheme in which we’re aiming to recruit 100 CYT Friends!

Make a one-off donation

You can be assured your gift will be used wisely, Remember If you are a taxpayer, you can make your gift go further and increase by 25% by choosing to claim Gift Aid. We collect Gift Aid through our online provider Local Giving.

Make Monthly donations

This method of giving helps us greatly because regular, predictable income helps us manage our finances efficiently and gives us confidence to take on new work (and don’t forget to Gift Aid if you can). To do so, you must select ‘Make a Monthly Payment’.
